Returns & Exchanges

At 5% Nutrition, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email after your request is approved.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
